There always seems to be a lot of questions around selling real estate during the Probate process. I recently found myself in this situation when my step mother passed away suddenly. She had a will but to fulfill her wishes her home would need to be sold. So, I was sitting at the table with my siblings trying to come up with answers for questions like these.

Luckily, I have helped a lot of great people sell their real estate during the probate process over the last few years, so I knew a lot of answers for my siblings. When we had everything wrapped up, I thought that it would be a good idea to share the resources that I have worked with over the years so that other people going through the same experience could hopefully benefit from what I have learned.
So, I have put together this webpage with some recorded video interviews with local Central Florida attorneys that specialize in probate and estate planning. In each interview we focused on answering the questions above. I have also put together a contact list of companies my team has worked with that help with things like moving, estate sales and cleaning. All that stuff that comes up and needs to get done.
