As the Team Manager & Director of Closings for The Mark Ramey Group, aside from her duties of managing the day to day operations for the Mark Ramey Group, among which includes Quality Assurance call check-ins with all of our clients during the Listing and Closing periods, Victoria uses her 10+ years of Real Estate & Title experience to assist our clients through any additional negotiations needed in the contract to close period to ensure a smooth and on time closing.

As the Listing Coordinator for The Mark Ramey Group, Joslyn is the main point of contact for our clients during the listing period and until we have an accepted offer. In addition to ensuring the listing paperwork is completed and processed correctly meeting all state requirements, she also oversees the continuous marketing of every property. Operating at a high level of communication throughout the process, clients will receive a weekly Feedback Report compiled from their showings and will have all offers presented with a contract recap for review with Mark. When an offer is accepted, Joslyn will oversee the contract execution and send out a copy when complete to our client as well as our Team Manager & Director of Closings, Victoria Kaufmann.
